• Times New Roman font, 12 point, line spacing 1.5 with full justification.
• Length of the document – 3 typewritten pages (not exceeding 7,000 characters)

The following basic information should be presented in the Abstract:

• the author’s initials and surname;

• organization (educational institution), position, e-mail.

The following should be stated clearly in the Abstract: the considered problem and research issues, the approach applied to solve the problem, the main findings and novelty.

One author may deliver one report by himself and one report as a co-author.

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided at the conference sessions.

The Abstract should be submitted in the language of your speech before 3 November 2025.

Foreign participants who plan to take part in the conference off-line should send the Abstracts in English before 3 November 2025 because it takes time to prepare documents for their visit. The deadline for other participants is 20 November 2025 inclusive. Please, send your Abstract to the Program Committee to df@hse.ru.

There are three stages:

1.    Elimination of the applications which fail to meet the above requirements to the applications;

2.    Expert assessment of the Abstracts for novelty and validity of the findings;

3.    Decision of the Program Committee on adding reports to the conference program.

The foreign participants who choose the off-line format to deliver their reports will be informed whether their reports have been added to the Conference program or rejected before 10 November 2025. Other participants will be informed as the expert evaluation results are available but not later than 28 November 2025.

The authors of the reports selected for the conference should confirm their participation on or before 1 December 2025.
