Congratulations to Ekaterina Filimoshina, winner of the Student Research Paper Competition 2025 held by HSE University!

Ekaterina Filimoshina, a doctoral student and research assistant at the Laboratory for Geometric Algebra and Applications and a lecturer at the Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at HSE University, won the Student Research Paper Competition (SRPC) 2025 in Computer Science.

Ekaterina took third place in the category 'Best Research Paper in Computer Science for Master's Students and Graduates of 2025' with her paper 'Wider Groups, Fewer Weights: Efficient Pseudo-Orthogonal Equivariance via Geometric Algebras'. Her supervisor is Dmitry Shirokov.

The awards ceremony for the winners and laureates of the SRPC 2025 will take place in February 2026.
