Speaker: About the speaker:
Enrique is responsible for the establishment of the <IR> Training Programme, which will be offered by a select number of Training Partners globally.
Enrique has over 20 years of international experience developing and implementing training and learning programmes for private, governmental and non-governmental organizations in a variety of cultural contexts such as the Americas, Australasia, Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. He is passionate about creating an atmosphere where participants learn by doing and sharing experiences.
Enrique has a consultancy company that develops and gives international training courses and follow up coaching for groups and individuals on various subject matters such as sustainability management and reporting, team management, emergency logistics, presentation skills, plus training and facilitation skills.

Day 2: Determining Sustainability Report Content (four hours)

• Why do companies need to determine material issues?
• What are the potential models for materiality assessment?
• What role does an assessment of risks and opportunities play within the materiality assessment process?

Block 2

• What role does stakeholder engagement play within the materiality assessment process?
• What data does an organization need to gather to monitor and report on sustainability performance?

Day 3: Managing and Reporting on Sustainability Progress (four hours)

Block 1

• What systems will an organization need to gather data on material topics?
• How does an organization monitor progress on material topics?
• How does an organization establish baseline performance and set goals and targets?

Block 2

• How do organizations convert their sustainability data into stories?
• What is the appropriate structure, layout and theme of the report?
• How do organizations tell their sustainability stories in ways that meet readers’ needs?

Best practices examples will be integrated throughout the presentation, discussion and activities.
