People's attraction to round numbers is a well-known psychological phenomenon that can help catching data manipulations or forgery. Our analysis of raw data from seven Russian federal elections between 2000 and 2012 demonstrates that individual polling stations are more likely to report turnouts and results with integer rather than fractional percentage values. Moreover, values that are multiples of five (e.g. 75%, 80% etc.) are more frequent than neighboring ones. We interpret this effect as an indisputable evidence of large-scale election fraud, with integer numbers probably serving as explicit goals for polling station performance. We further show that this effect mostly originates from a limited number of federal regions of Russia, which suggests its orchestrated origin. We trace the dynamics of this anomaly during the period of 2000 - 2012.
