Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic is now one of the most popular research topics in Russia and around the world. Almost all economic studies since 2020 include an analysis of changes associated with two aspects of the pandemic: morbidity and mortality from COVID-19, as well as restrictions associated with the pandemic.
