The Workshop on “Applied Econometrics” at the XX April International Scientific Conference of the Higher School of Economics. The application deadline is December 17, 2018.
The Department of Applied Economics of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National Research University Higher School of Economics invites you to participate in the Workshop on Applied Econometrics that will be held within the framework of the XX April International Scientific Conference on Economic and Social Development in Moscow from April 9 to 10.
Workshop sessions will be held on April, 9-10
at Shabolovka str. 26, Build. 3, room 3211
Within the framework of the Seminar, it is planned to discuss theoretical and applied issues of modern econometric methods and their applications. The work of the seminar will be divided into sessions.
The main topics of the seminar: (list may be updated)
• Theoretical foundations of modern econometric tools.
• Applied macroeconometrics.
• Applied microeconometrics.
• Evaluations of productivity and efficiency.
• Spatial econometrics.
• Financial econometrics. Financial markets.
• Risk assessment. Banks, enterprises.
• Stochastic analysis in finance.
The languages of the seminar are English and Russian.
Results of the paper selection will be announced on December 25, 2018.

The application should indicate:
1) Full name. Place of work, position, mobile phone number for communication,
2) Abstracts, which should contain clearly defined research objectives, methods, results and conclusions; approximately 2 pages. MS Word or pdf. (Times New Roman, 11 pt, 1.5 spacing)
It is planned to publish the best papers in the journal "Applied Econometrics"
Participation in the seminar is free.
However, the participant of the seminar must pay the conference fee to participate in the events of the main Program of the April Conference: https://conf.hse.ru/en/2019/
