The HSE Alumni Centre has launched the 2023 HSE Alumni Awards. The short list of nominees includes 67 graduates in 14 categories.

The HSE Alumni Awards have been held every year since 2007. Its winners include notable figures in the fields of culture, media, business, charity, and public service. Winners of previous years include Maxim Oreshkin, Advisor to the President of Russia; Natalia Kiseleva, Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Education and Science; Murad Sadygzade, President of the Russian Middle East Association; and Alexey Golubitsky, Director of the School of the Future secondary school. The event had been postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, but returned in 2023 in an updated format covering new fields of education and graduate careers.

The Alumni Awards are a particularly significant event for students, graduates, and staff of HSE University. They are an opportunity for the community to express its appreciation of alumni for their achievements in professional and public life, inspire students to undertake new initiatives, and showcase the kind of outstanding individuals that HSE University trains. Any member of the HSE University community can take part—we’re waiting for your votes!
