Over 180 international applicants have accepted their admission offers to the Bachelor's and Master's programs at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at HSE University. The submission of application portfolios, tests, and review of portfolios for international applicants will remain open until August 11, 2024

Results of the HSE International Competition Announced

726 participants received certificates of achievement (winners’ diplomas), and more than 200 have already become HSE students. This event is one of the largest and most recognised projects of HSE University, which allows participants to gain university admission with a full or partial scholarship. Registration for the competition in Russian is already underway. Soon, registration for the HSE International Olympiad in English (INTO HSE) will kick off.

Lyceum Classes with Support from HSE: School Students from Uzbekistan Visit HSE University

HSE University has welcomed students of the International House Tashkent Academic Lyceum at TIIAME National Research University, Uzbekistan. The students are participants in the educational project 'Lyceum Classes with Support from HSE,' initiated by the International Admissions Office and implemented since 2022 in collaboration with faculties of HSE University and foreign educational institutions.

Study Tour Experience for International Master's Applicants: Immerse in HSE University Student Life

The Study Tour Experience is a unique project for those who want to experience HSE student life and upgrade their CVs. The international training internship by the HSE International Admissions Office has been functioning since 2020 in two formats (offline and online) and in two languages—Russian and English. In the fall semester of the 2024/25 academic year, the Study Tour Experience is planned for November 11–23, 2024.

‘When I Got Out of the Airport and Felt the Cold, I Was Like, “Oh, Welcome to Moscow”’

Ndubuisi Johnbosco Ezenwa, 28, is a recent graduate of the Master’s in Strategic Corporate Finance at the HSE University Faculty of Economic Sciences. In 2023, he won first place in the Finance category of the Student Research Paper Competition (SRPS) for his paper ‘Impact of the Target Firm's ESG Rating on the Bid Premium Paid in M&A Transactions.’ Although he returned to Nigeria in July 2023, Ndubuisi still has plenty to share about his time at HSE University in Moscow. On March 3, HSE University will host a University-wide Open Day for applicants to bachelor's and specialist programmes. It is a significant event for the university, its teachers and students, and, of course, applicants. Participants will have a chance to learn more about HSE University’s academic and extracurricular environment, talk to representatives of faculties and educational programmes, participate in activities, and learn about opportunities for self-development.
