Welcome aboard!

Faculty of Economic Sciences is proud to welcome Dr. Iliya Dergunov, new Assistant Professor of the School of Finance, hired by the faculty under HSE University international recruitment procedure.

Originally from Russia, Iliya Dergunov graduated from Ulyanovsk State University, got his MSc at University of Bonn and pursued his PhD at Goethe University of Frankfurt.

He has been a Postdoctoral Fellow in Finance at Australian National University since 2019. His primary research fields are Asset pricing and Macro finance.

In the upcoming academic year Iliya will be teaching Theory of Finance and Methodological Research Seminar for the graduate students of FES.
