Founded in 1992, the HSE Faculty of Economics is the university’s oldest faculty. In the years since it was founded, it has gained a reputation as Russia’s leader in terms of higher economic education.
A fundamental education in modern economic theory and mathematics is combined with the study of applied disciplines, such as taxation, budget policies and processes, financial management and other related fields.

Our next speaker in the FES International Seminar Series is Dennis Novy who is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Warwick and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).

Elena Senatorova, associate professor at the HSE School of Finance, took part in the Workshop “Sustainable Development and Corporate Reporting: Current Issues”, at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Portsmouth (Portsmouth, UK), June 18-20, 2019.
The next speaker at the FES International Research Seminar Series was Associate Professor Quoc-Anh Do, Sciences Po (Institute of Political Studies).
Today was the third day of the Autumn school 'Current Trends in Decision-making Analysis' organized by the International Laboratory of Decision Choice and Analysis. The invited lecturers included outstanding academics and researchers Itzhak Gilboa, Theocharis Grigoriadis, Michel Grabisch, Gabrielle Demange, Saptarshi Mukherjee, Stefan Napel, Agnieszka Rusinowska, William Thomson, Katarína Cechlárová.
DeCAn lab organized two events which were held from September 25 to September 28 - a school "Decision making in network context" (September 25-26, 2017) and an international workshop "The 7th Murat Sertel Workshop on Economic Design, Decision, Institutions, and Organization" (September 27-28, 2017). DeCAn faculty took part in organizing and holding these events.
