Faculty of Economic Sciences is proud to welcome Dr. Soubhagya Sahoo, new Assistant Professor of the Department of Theoretical Economics, hired by the faculty under HSE University international recruitment procedure.

Originally from India, Dr. Sahoo pursued his PhD at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. His primary research fields are Experimental Economics, Behavioral Economics and Economic Development. He has publications in high ranked international academic journals in economics.
Dr. Sahoo will be teaching Behavioral Economics for Undergraduate Economics programme and Experimental Economics for Master's programme "Economics and Economic Policy".
