The International Study Tour experience is currently accepting applications for February 2021. The programme is organized by the International Admissions team with the aim of giving international students an opportunity to get a glimpse of what studying at HSE University is like. Participants attend various classes in different fields of study. Last November, the programme was held online for the first time. The February round will also be held fully online, so students from all over the world can take part. Application deadline is February 8.

The National Research University Higher School of Economics is a research university that carries out its mission through academic, programming, peer review, and sociocultural work based on international academic and organizational standards. Admission to three year PhD program deadline is March 12, 2021

Starting from 1 November international students can apply online to study at HSE University and Faculty of Economic Sciences

Starting September 2021, master programs Applied Economics and Economics: Research Programme will merge to become tracks of the newly established program Economics and Economic Policy. Research track will be taught entirely in English, while in two other tracks - Economic Policy and Applied Economics, instruction will be available in English and Russian.

HSE University will arrange online learning with mandatory support from professors for newly enrolled international students who are currently unable to travel to Russia
